A Few Set Backs...

A few days ago, we unfortunately ran into an issue with the 3D printer. During one of our prints, it seems as though the nozzle got clogged. After taking the hot end apart and cleaning it out, we unclogged and solved the problem. That is what we thought...

Well the print ended up failing again, and we may have seated the nozzle and/or heat break incorrectly. This was determined when we found plastic all over the heat block and other components. So after spending another day cleaning up all the plastic and unclogging again, the printer is back in operation! Here is what those failed parts looked like:

There was a clump of plastic on top of the big piece where we saw that the printer clogged. That clump fell off, so it is not pictured.
